How it works

Choose your cover
Funeral only, medical only, or both together — the choice is yours.

Pick a qualifying plan
The system offers the plans that suit your age and family, then you add the family members to be covered.

Disclose any pre-existing condition
A simple Yes/No at sign-up, with details if Yes.

Pay and you are covered
Pay the one-time registration fee (if you are new) plus your first month. One paybill serves both covers, with a 30-day grace period.
Claims, simply
Report from anywhere
From your online account or by USSD — enter the hospital name, the patient's name and your secret PIN, and you get a confirmation text.
Attach your documents
Supporting documents (for example hospital invoices or receipts) are required before a claim is approved.
Paid via M-Pesa
Approved payments are sent by M-Pesa, up to your plan's yearly cover amount.
A claim cannot be made during the waiting period, or once the yearly cover amount has been used up.
Better together with funeral cover
One member, one account, one bill — combined payment, one reminder, both covers renewed at once, with a 30-day grace period on both.
